1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans purchased for Underlayer through Stripe and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
2. Upgrades
Plan upgrades are applied immediately. As soon as the upgrade is confirmed, the corresponding higher plan limits and features become available in your organization.
3. Downgrades
Plan downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal date. You keep your current paid plan features until the end of the active billing period.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops automatic renewal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the already paid billing period, and no immediate service cutoff is applied.
5. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, or mid-cycle plan changes.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@underlayer.dev within 14 days of the charge date. We review billing incidents case by case.
6. Billing Processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may provide additional receipts, invoices, and payment notices under its own terms.
