Plans & limits

Compare plan limits, billing coverage, and operational capacity so your team can choose the right tier with confidence.

Free

New workspaces begin on Free so you can wire up scheduled tasks, cron jobs, and API-triggered runs before you commit to a paid tier. Ideal for proofs of concept and personal projects. Dispatch failure alert rules on Free may only attach Email as a channel (WhatsApp and other integrations unlock on paid tiers).

Startup

Recommended

When jobs run around the clock and a small team depends on the scheduler, Free’s monthly execution cap becomes the bottleneck. Startup raises quotas so daily traffic and integration tests do not stall mid-cycle.

Scaleup

For busy workspaces with many collaborators, separate environments, and a large surface area of integrations. Scaleup is meant for teams that treat Underlayer as central infrastructure rather than a side panel.

Unicorn

Unicorn removes fixed execution and seat ceilings in the product, adds procurement-friendly billing, and opens the door to security reviews, custom SLAs, and aligned onboarding.

FAQ

Product tour: How it works. Written resources: Resources hub.

What counts as an execution?
An execution is each outbound dispatch attempt processed by the scheduler, including retries when they occur.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from Billing at any time. Plan limits and features update based on the active subscription.
Do you offer invoices and legal documentation?
Paid plans include billing history and invoice access. Legal documents are available in Terms and Privacy for procurement review.
How are failures and retries handled?
You can configure retries per workflow and track each attempt in Activity, with alert rules to notify your team when failures happen.
Where can I review API contracts?
Use the API reference for request and response schemas, authentication details, and endpoint-level integration guidance.
